Premier Blockchain Executive Recruiters

Blockchain Recruiters

We support your business by delivering top talent in the blockchain and crypto industry

Leading Blockchain Headhunters

Keller Executive Search is a leading finance search firm with an in-depth understanding of high-level finance, legal, accounting, and tax searches as they relate to digital assets. Our extensive network and NPAworldwide partnership allow us to locate candidates with the necessary technical prowess for a wide variety of open roles across the industry, including business development, smart contract programming, decentralized application (dApp) creation, cryptocurrency analysis, blockchain consulting, and software development.

Although blockchain is the technology that underpins cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, it has many other applications, too. These include smart contracts, supply chain management, decentralized finance, and more. Since this is a relatively new industry, it can be difficult to find blockchain graduates with the technical depth and understanding of how it works and what it can be used for in the future.

So, instead of solely looking for candidates with extensive industry experience, our blockchain executive recruiters broaden the scope of our search to include candidates with transferable skills in marketing, finance, technology, sales, and investments who are genuinely interested in pursuing a career in crypto.

Keller Executive Search helps blockchain companies, crypto startups, and fintech firms build a strong talent bench, ensuring they have access to a steady stream of top talent that aligns with their needs. To accomplish this, we assess every candidate for both skills and cultural fit. This tried and tested approach sets us apart from our competitors and makes us a trusted ally in senior blockchain hiring.

The Executive Talent Market in Blockchain and Crypto

The blockchain and crypto industry is a $2.2T global market, with a user base of more than 560M people. It’s the foundation of the future Web3 economy and one of the most globally distributed industries in modern finance. Research centers such as the MIT Digital Currency Initiative, the Stanford Center for Blockchain Research, and UC Berkeley are some of the most respected institutions in the world for blockchain research and education and support for the industry.

Some of the biggest employers in the blockchain and crypto sector include Coinbase, Binance, Ripple, Circle, Kraken, Consensys, and Chainalysis. These companies operate in the areas of cryptocurrency exchange, stablecoin, payments, blockchain infrastructure, and compliance analytics. Compliance and regulatory executives, blockchain infrastructure and protocol engineering leaders, and Web3 product and commercial C-suite talent are in high demand.

Keller Executive Search’s blockchain and crypto practice has global reach and sector-specific insight, connecting exchanges, infrastructure providers, and Web3 companies with the executive talent they need to scale responsibly.

Our Approach to Blockchain Recruitment

Blockchain

Our success is tied to your success. As such, we never settle for less when finding the perfect candidate for a job. Our goal is to identify highly qualified candidates with skills that match your business model. Essentially, we tailor our services to our clients to enable their businesses to flourish.

We begin with a thorough evaluation of your company’s needs to identify areas that might benefit from the ideal candidate placement. We then propose cutting-edge solutions designed to help you attract and retain the right talent. We also draw up a brief with the role requirements that will guide us in mapping the market for the best candidates.

A fundamental part of our approach is our dedication to inclusion and diversity throughout the recruitment process. We acknowledge the value that diverse viewpoints can bring to an organization, particularly in an industry as expansive and innovative as blockchain. As such, we do not discriminate against candidates based on their gender, age, race, or any other physical attributes, and focus solely on their professional merits and cultural alignment with our client’s company.

All the candidates we uncover during our search must pass our rigorous assessment phase in order to be considered as a finalist for the position. We first connect with each prospect to determine their interest in a career move before examining them further. From there, we have each interested individual complete competency-based assessments, which comprise skills tests, behavioral interviews, and task-based assessments. This helps us ensure that only the candidates with the right skill set and cultural fit end up in the final round of interviews.

We then present our list of pre-screened individuals to you, and you have the final say on who you want to hire for your leadership team.

Behind Our Recruitment Process

Our recruitment strategy was born from the realization that generic approaches rarely produce good results for senior-level roles. We acquired this knowledge after using such an approach resulted in a poor placement for a prominent client of ours.

They had hired us to locate a suitable individual for a leadership role, and rather than adjust our approach to suit their needs, we stuck with our one-size-fits-all method. We made the placement in good faith, believing we could find someone with the specialized expertise for the role. While we succeeded in this regard, our approach overlooked the other factors that make a successful placement, most notably, cultural alignment.

As a result, the candidate we recommended ended up clashing with some of our client’s existing team members. This created tension, downed morale, and led to the new hire’s early resignation. Although this was not the outcome we had envisioned, we used the incident as an opportunity to learn from our mistake.

From then on, we focused on providing a customer-oriented service that could be adjusted according to each company’s unique needs. Implementing this change to our hiring process resulted in better placements, which, in turn, contributed to our success. Since then, we have made many more successful hires and built lasting relationships with employers in various industries around the world.

In the past few years, Keller Executive Search has become widely recognized for our dedication to exceptional talent solutions and reliable executive search services. Clients often rely on us to fill crucial roles, helping them secure the human capital they need to encourage growth at their firms.
