We were soon approached by a larger and more influential client and applied the same cookie-cutter approach to this project, expecting the results we had gotten used to.
Unfortunately, and to our surprise, the candidates we recommended did not meet the client’s approval. While they had the correct qualifications, they were not suited to the company culture and did not possess the traits our client was looking for. As a result, a successful placement could not be secured.
