We were used to good results when using our cookie-cutter method, so we applied it to this search as well.
Unfortunately, and much to the surprise of our team members, we were unable to make a successful placement using this approach. The candidates we recommended were not up to the client’s standard and did not have the specific attributes they were looking for. Unbeknownst to us at the time, this was a common result when using a standardized approach.
