Keller Executive Search provided an Accounting Manager with more than 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior roles in all aspects of full-cycle accounting, month-end close management, AR and AP oversight, payroll coordination, and team leadership across multiple business settings. The Accounting Manager the client selected was local to Broken Arrow, had the technical ability and personal values the organization was looking for, and had hands-on experience running the financial operations of owner-managed and project-based businesses. The appointment was the business’ most senior, dedicated financial hire.
Keller Executive Search delivered a Director of Accounting with experience that matched both the operational scope and cultural fit for the position. The chosen Director had a background in leading multi-entity accounting, strong management discipline, and a history of building financial reporting infrastructure in decentralized teams. This proved to be a good fit, as the technical rigor and interpersonal range to work effectively across studios with distinct identities and founding relationships was a strong combination.
Keller Executive Search placed a Director of Operations whose career was defined by building, not inheriting. The new hire had developed commercial transportation operations from the ground up to large scale, increasing fleets and staff across multiple sites and managing multi-state operational budgets during periods of uniform growth. They had an equally impressive track record in specialized, over-dimensional freight: expanding a dedicated operation, maintaining an exemplary safety record with steady improvements in CSA scores at multiple terminals, and demonstrating the kind of detailed regulatory and engineering knowledge that heavy haul demands. This wasn’t a manager who had been handed something to run. Their history of building things was tangible, verifiable, and directly relevant to the role.
The UK business made two regional hires: an HR Director to lead workforce strategy for the United States, Canada and Brazil, and a Finance Director to boost financial planning, reporting and strategic finance support. The HR appointment brings a private equity-backed growth experience, multi-country HR leadership, acquisition experience, and a track record of building HR infrastructure at scale. The Finance hire brings CPA-level financial leadership, deep FP&A and commercial finance experience and the ability to support regional growth with better forecasting, controls and executive reporting. Together, the appointments gave the client the regional executive capability it required in two key functions simultaneously, with new leadership established to support the next phase of growth in the Americas.
Keller hired a senior HR leader with a career spanning luxury and industrial environments in Spain and Europe. The appointed leader had negotiated collective agreements, led HR functions across multi-site unionized workforces, managed site openings and operated within the governance and reporting expectations of large international organizations. The combination of luxury sector experience and deep industrial HR knowledge made for a well-matched appointment.
Keller found and placed a Regulatory Affairs Specialist with hands-on experience in QMS ownership, audit management, CAPA processes, and documentation compliance in a regulated device environment. The appointed specialist had also previously built and maintained quality systems in lean, ISO-certified organizations and fully understood the full suite of responsibilities the role required from day one. The search was completed, effectively closing the compliance gap that had been widening since the departure of the two team members.
